We are especially proud to have been officially certified with the ISO 9001 standard by TÜV Certification Institute within a month of opening. This is just another confirmation of the fact that Qualis is committed to working with clients to the highest standard, in accordance with the values that the company promotes. Our goal is to be certified with the IATF 16949 standard, as well as with ISO 14001:2016 and ISO 45001:2018, by the time we move into the new building.

We are glad that we had the opportunity to support the eighth Svetosavski Ball in Niš, contributing thus to the raise of funds for the National Association of Parents of Cancer Patients – NURDOR Niš.

Our company will endeavor to contribute to similar actions in the future as well as to assist the local community in different ways as a responsible member thereof.

Today, Qualis Electronics officially launched its own manufacturing and business activities as a new entity in the market. The company has signed employment contracts with 58 employees of all qualification structures and with previous work experience in the EMS industry.

All employees were awarded permanent contracts with a very stimulating benefits package. In the upcoming period, the company will actively work on the further professional development of its employees, as well as on increasing the number of employees in line with the planned growth for the period to come.

Qualis Electronics signed a Contract to purchase EMS operations from Tagor Electronic, taking into account the contracted obligations, receivables and liabilities of the aforementioned operations. Based on that purchase contract, our company acquired intangible assets as well as movable assets, from fixed assets to inventories. The purchase contract came into force on the date of signature.

Until moving to the new manufacturing facilities, Qualis Electronics will use the facilities where Tagor Electronic previously performed its business activities.

As of today, Qualis Electronis d.o.o Niš was officially registered by the Business Registers Agency of Serbia as a company 100% owned by System Industrie Electronic Holding AG from Austria, which last month celebrated 25 years of business and operations worldwide – from USA to Hong Kong.

Qualis Electronics d.o.o. was established with the primary aim of conducting mass EMS production for a wide range of industries across Europe. The company initiated its activities by securing a selected location in Niš for the new production facilities, which are expected to open by the beginning of 2021.
