Qualis Electronics d.o.o. today officially installed a new modern SMT line, purchased from Universal USA.

Qualis Electronics d.o.o. cares about the health of its employees. During the pandemic caused by the COVID-19 virus, we organized antigen testing for all employees on the premises of our company. We organized a mammography examination and gift vouchers for our dear ladies for Women’s Day.

The health of our employees is our number one priority.

We are proud to announce that we required AAA credit rating in our first year of business from CompanyWall located in London.

Despite many unexpected circumstances and a significant fall in demand, as well as postponing the move to the new building, Qualis Electronics has managed to quickly adapt to constantly changing market by moving it’s focus to another customer structure and main markets. This way, production was constant this year, with higher employee numbers and the results are exceeding the planned budget.

Qualis Electronics management would firstly like to thank it’s employees who created a family working atmosphere and who made all this possible. Together we marked company anniversary with cocktail and gifts for employees and their children, while applying Covid-19 preventive measures.

A big thank you also goes to our partners for their trust and cooperation in this difficult business environment which we encountered in our first year. Because of that we expect next year to be even more successful.

As a socially responsible company, Qualis Electronics – through its donation to the City of Nis – has contributed to providing the necessary funds for the purchase of essential foodstuffs and hygiene products for the most vulnerable and elderly citizens who cannot leave their homes during a state of emergency.

We have also, during this difficult and challenging period, organized full-time engagement by prioritizing the production of a semi-finished product that is embedded in the newly launched Roche SARS-CoV-2 molecular test instrument, thus making this system available where it is the most needed around the world in these circumstances.

We are especially proud to have been officially certified with the ISO 9001 standard by TÜV Certification Institute within a month of opening. This is just another confirmation of the fact that Qualis is committed to working with clients to the highest standard, in accordance with the values that the company promotes. Our goal is to be certified with the IATF 16949 standard, as well as with ISO 14001:2016 and ISO 45001:2018, by the time we move into the new building.

We are glad that we had the opportunity to support the eighth Svetosavski Ball in Niš, contributing thus to the raise of funds for the National Association of Parents of Cancer Patients – NURDOR Niš.

Our company will endeavor to contribute to similar actions in the future as well as to assist the local community in different ways as a responsible member thereof.

Today, Qualis Electronics officially launched its own manufacturing and business activities as a new entity in the market. The company has signed employment contracts with 58 employees of all qualification structures and with previous work experience in the EMS industry.

All employees were awarded permanent contracts with a very stimulating benefits package. In the upcoming period, the company will actively work on the further professional development of its employees, as well as on increasing the number of employees in line with the planned growth for the period to come.
